My name's Jeremy Milbourn.  I was born and raised in Houston, Texas.

I've been involved in fitness all my life.  After realizing this is what I wanted to spend my life doing,  I earned my degree from The National Personal Training Institute. While there, I earned certificates in personal training, nutrition, TRX, and Kettlebell.  My goal is to help people understand fitness and nutrition.  Houston has been named in the top five of the fattest cities in the United States for a number of years.....I want to help end that.

This is Bryan, demonstrating a plyometric pushup. Plyometrics are a good way to develop explosive strength.

Hector is demonstrating a skull crusher.  This is a great triceps extension workout that targets all three  triceps brachii muscles.
